The doctors at Egerton Dr are god sent. Dr Marie is super friendly and made me feel comfortable when speaking to her about my health. Receptionist are very helpful and will always try to get you an appointment suitable to you. 11/10 experience.

Called to advise I was running 10 minutes late and they confirmed this was fine as they were running late themselves only to arrive and be refused to be seen because I was late. Absolutely pathetic service.

Visited the same GP for 10 months who was overseeing my care during first pregnancy, tried to book an appointment a few weeks ago and she left the practice. No other suitable doctors at the practice as most were doing Telehealth only I was told, care was not passed on to any other doctor in the practice. Had to find a new GP and pay a $30 fee to transfer my files, ridiculous that I’m expected to pay even though the practice couldn’t offer to continue care with other GP’s.Waiting times were always excess of 30 minutes.Would not recommend this practice.

Every time I come here I end up waiting in excess of 30/40 minutes past my appointment time, then the doctors rush you out within 5 minutes and now you're expected to pay for the service" aswell. Will not be coming back and do not recommend to anyone that values their time."

Doctor refused to give me a script for insulin even though I'm a type 1 diabetic and have been since I was 18! He was very rude as well.

I am grateful for the care I received at Egerton Drive Medical nurse and she picked up the allergy.

First experience today 22/June in this medical centre didn't go to well. Not about the doctors but the reception. We waited for an hour to see my 8 month old but the guy sitting behind the desk who gave us a form to fill up didn't sign us in. Our sick baby had been waiting while hungry and sleepy and we approached the desk twice but still no action was taken. The said receptionist took a lunch break and still forgot about us when he went back on his shift. Good thing that the dental staff sign us in but only after 3rd time we made a complaint that the doctor who supposed to check up on my son called his 3rd patient. Mind you, we we're on time just like those 3 before us. Shame on professionalism and organisational skills. We all have our schedules to follow here.

Very dissatisfied. Been getting a script from another practice for 12 years for a chronic condition with no problem. After moving to Aveley and getting my script from Egerton drive practice about 3 times, was told I would not be given any more scripts for this medication without a letter from a specialist even though I have been diagnosed with this condition by a specialist in the past. So now I have to wait for 12 to 18 months to see a specialist again in the public system with no meds to relieve my systems until I can see the specialist. Thanks for the help Doc. I am feeling so much better. Disgraceful.
